Pop along to the Community Session celebrating Trans and Queer joy!
Manchester Pride’s
Community Sessions aim to platform issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community by bringing together professionals, those with lived experience and members of the community to learn, discuss, share resources and celebrate the diverse LGBTQ+ community that makes Manchester a brilliant place to live.
This month, Lazy Pins and performer Syd King join Manchester Pride to celebrate the trans and queer community in Greater Manchester! For all those attending the Manchester Pride Festival, Lazy Pins will be hosting a placard making class for you to share your message at the
Human Rights Forum, carry proudly in the
Parade or show your support from the sidelines.
During the session, we'll also provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to share their personal journeys, achievements, and aspirations. We firmly believe that everyone's voice deserves to be heard and celebrated, and this is the perfect opportunity to do just that.
This is an important opportunity to engage with an often-marginalised community and learn about ways we can all work towards creating a more inclusive and supportive society. Whether you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community, an ally, or simply curious to learn more, all are welcome to join us for this important conversation.
