Manchester Pride’s Community Sessions aim to platform issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community by bringing together professionals, those with lived experience and members of the community to learn, discuss, share resources and celebrate the diverse LGBTQ+ community that makes Manchester a brilliant place to live.
In this session you can hear from experts from Manchester Pride, Queers in MCR and T4T to learn more about how to set up your own queer event in Greater Manchester. During the sesion you'll hear about the basics of setting up and event, the challenges to small events and how to fund your event.
Manchester Pride Community Sessions take place at The Proud Place - Manchester's LGBT+ Community Centre.
Doors open at 6pm, and the event takes place from 6:30pm-8pm.
Community Sessions are open to all LGBTQ+ people and allies.
Spaces at each session are limited, so please make sure you sign up to reserve your free place.
