Manchester Pride’s Community Sessions aim to platform issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community by bringing together professionals, those with lived experience and members of the community to learn, discuss, share resources and celebrate the diverse LGBTQ+ community that makes Manchester a brilliant place to live.
This month were inviting you to join us as we delve into the exciting future of Pride events. If you're passionate about celebrating diversity, promoting inclusion and want a hand in shaping the future of Pride events in Greater Manchester then we encourage you to come along to this free Community Session.
During the Community Session you will have an opportunity to connect with fellow community members as we engage in insightful conversations about the evolution of Pride events in Greater Manchester. Through engaging discussions you will be invited to share your ideas, thoughts, and aspirations for creating inclusive and impactful celebrations.
Representatives from various Pride organisations across Greater Manchester will be in attendance providing opportunities for you to get inspired by their experiences, learn from their successes and gain valuable insights. The Community Session also provides you with a chance to get your voice heard, the floor will be open for you to share your perspectives and suggestions for future Pride events.
Manchester Pride Community Sessions take place at The Proud Place - Manchester's LGBT+ Community Centre.
Doors open at 6pm, and the event takes place from 6:30pm-8pm.
Community Sessions are open to all LGBTQ+ people and allies.
Spaces at each session are limited, so please make sure you sign up to reserve your free place.
